Reporting a problem with an app
To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include in your message:
- the name of the app and its version (shown in the app’s settings or in the store listing);
- your device model and operating-system version (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18.4);
- a description of what you did, what you expected to happen and what happened instead;
- screenshots or a screen recording, if possible.
We do not need — and ask you not to send — passwords or other sensitive personal information. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the data you send us.
Frequently asked questions
How do I request a refund for an app purchase?
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be submitted directly through their systems (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com; Google: Google Play order history). We cannot issue refunds for store purchases ourselves, but we are happy to help you if something is not working.
How do I delete my data?
Our apps do not create user accounts on our servers, so uninstalling the app removes all data from your device. If a specific app stores data with us, you can request deletion at info@ml-code.eu and we will confirm once completed.
Can I request a feature?
Absolutely — feature requests and feedback are very welcome at the same e-mail address.
